METHODS, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

  • Safeguard legitimate interests

The Data Controller collects and processes personal data in order to provide their services, and for the following purposes: browsing statistics, contact with the user.

The Data are processed solely for purposes connected with the Data Controller’s official mission, namely based on legal obligations, including the adoption of security measures.

Your Data may also be processed for the purpose of marketing and advertising.

PERIOD FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED AND THE CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE THAT PERIOD

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13(2)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the personal data you provide will be stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data were obtained and processed, and after which time they will be destroyed.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time, as enshrined in Articles 15 et seqq of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In particular, data subjects have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, and obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if the data have not yet been recorded, and communication thereof in intelligible form. Where the processing is based on point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2), the Data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject has the right to obtain the update, rectification of their personal data, or, if interested, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed. They also have the right to erasure, conversion into an anonymous form, or the blocking of any personal data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary given the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

The Data Subject also has the right to object to processing of their personal data, in whole or in part, (i) on legitimate grounds, even if the processing takes places for the purposes for which they were collected; (ii) for the purposes of sending advertising or direct-marketing materials, or for market research and promotional purposes.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 15(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

On the basis of the provisions of Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, if Data Subjects request data portability, the Data controller will provide these in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
